I'm a Brand & Product Consultant with over 12 years of fashion retail experience, and has successfully managed private label, global licensors & international brands for reputed retail giants & brands. Private label management, Product & Pricing strategies, New Product Development, Category Management, Brand Development, Vendor Development being some of my specilaities.

I'm a fashion graduate from the prestigious NIFT (National Institute Of Fashion Technology), India.
​
As a consultant, I combine my strong flair for creativity and a sense of commerciality, and bring on board my industry experience into every project I take up.

Being a young Mother & Mompreneur myself, I strongly stand by my mantra
" You empower a mother, a woman and you empower the next generation".

I'm passionate about sharing knowledge and am a speaker, story teller and mentor.
I have conducted talks on 'Personal Branding', 'Art Of Seeing - A Mindfulness Practise' and conducted several sessions for Fashion Enthusiasts on 'Career Prospects in Fashion', 'How To Choose A Career".

I runs my successful Licensed Photography venture in Dubai - NITHYA RAJKUMAR PHOTOGRAPHY. I have over the past years taken up several projects that focus on creating a Social Impact. Being the founder of #PINKDAYTOSHINE a photography event annually celebrating Breast Cancer Survivors is yet another passionate project.
I am an NLP & Mindfulness Practitioner, and bring on board any project positive ways to problem solving.
Motherhood has been a life changing experience, as I constantly grow with a toddler who challenges me on concepts of adulthood and the importance of being in the PRESENT!
As much as I love knowledge sharing, I carry a strong zest to learn.

I continue to learn new things each day and expand my own ideas about what it means to live a fully creative and mindful joyful life.

I enjoy or am also inspired by a multitude of seemingly unconnected things: penning down thoughts / aka writing, music , observing & understanding human emotions, creativity, gentle parenting, spirituality and philanthropy, just to name a few.
